Your guide to good bacteria

                               Good Gut Bacteria are the Rock Gods of the Body!
.....and it all starts with the gut bacteria.  
We all have a health journey, a story to tell, of not being at optimum health.  I was on a 15-year plateau in my life before learning about gut bacteria and how they work, how they connect to all, I mean ALL the body systems: from Digestion, Endocrine (hormones), Neuro (brain), Immune (defense), Metabolism and many more systems.

* Clean the gut wall of worms/parasites & fecal matter.
Gut bacteria set up shop (live) on the gut wall.  The gut wall is where molecules made by gut bacteria pass through to send signals to the rest of the body.  The gut bacteria need a clean-living space to connect to the Vagus Nerve to send signals (neurotransmitter precursors) to the brain.
*The Neighborhood Clean-Up Herbs target the bad critters by killing, paralyzing and disrupting the reproduction cycle. Kills the eggs, larva, juveniles & adults. A weekly maintenance is recommended as worms are very prolific when they get established.
* Balance the Body PH and stomach acid.

The National Institute of Health Human Microbiome Project identified many strains of bacteria in the human gut.  Several scientists are cultivating some of the beneficial strains.  Many of those strains are part of the Safari Probiotics.
Adding in only good bacteria at this stage is an important building block.  You may currently have just a few dominate strains of both good & bad bacteria.  We want a strong foundation of good bacteria set up to re-establish the gut bacteria.

  Be patient. It can take up to a year for gut bacteria to re-establish the intestines (22 feet of small and 6
    feet of large intestine).
* You'll need Enzyme Supplement during the first year (up to a year) while your gut bacteria
     get back on track.

Stomach Acid
* Your stomach acid could be weak if your gut bacteria aren't up and running. 
   Check your stomach acid with this simple test 
                   Baking Soda Test
In the morning, on an empty stomach
mix 1/4 tsp of baking soda in 1/2 cup of water
stir until dissolved and drink.  Yum!
set a timer
you should start burping in a few minutes (2-3 minutes)
That means "all good" your stomach acid is good to go
Longer than 2-3 minutes or no burping means weak stomach acid
If you start burping right away or in the first minute, that means too much stomach acid.
 
                             
Remedy for weak Stomach Acid and how to balance Body PH
Both will self-regulate with a nutrient dense diet.  Minerals are key.
It can take up to a month to balance out once the right nutrients are provided.
