Exercise, Vibrational Energy
& Meridians
Exercise
We know the importance of exercise to shape those muscles. Exercise does a lot more!
Exercise is an important component in helping all the body systems run and function smoothly. Organs have two components: one they are a muscle that need to be strong enough to do the work and Two: the work they do like sending hormones, digestive juices & enzymes.
Movement creates energy. Energy from exercise creates energy stimulates metabolism and circulation, helps to move oxygen throughout the body, stimulates the natural rhythms of the body to work together. Just a few little things.
Exercise for the body means movement.
Do what you can, when you can
and the best you can.
Vibrational Energy
Vibrational Energy is the constant movement of atoms and molecules where energy shifts between potential and kinetic forms.
In a vibrating system, potential (stored) energy is converted to kinetic (motion) energy and then back to potential with total energy staying in a constant cycle.
In our day to day lives, sound can disrupt the body's natural vibrations or harmonize and tune it. The words/music you speak or hear, healthy or unhealthy food, exercise or no exercise, a good environment or a bad one all have influences that can be negative or
positive vibrations. Vibrations affect your body's rhythms and flow of energy. They
can get blocked or weak. Healthy food, healthy people around you, music, exercise, healing tuning forks, Sound Healing are a few of the things you can do to help the flow of vibrations
Meridians
There are 12 Energy Meridians that flow through the body. Each Meridian is connected
to a specific body system. They can get blocked and have an effect on the body systems. An internet search will show you pictures of the meridians, the systems
they are connected to, and exercises to unblock them.
